About Rimpy

I was born and raised in Burnaby and attended elementary school, highschool and university in my hometown. I became a Notary Public in 2011 and graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Masters in Legal Studies. Before becoming a BC Notary, I worked in the insurance industry for six years and earned my CAIB designation.

I currently serve as President of the Burnaby Multiculturalism Society and participate in many community events in the city. Recently, our organization developed the Elder Abuse Awareness Program to create more public awareness of this ongoing issue. In my Notary Public practice, my elder clients need to be aware of their individual rights and provide their wishes in Powers of Attorney, Wills, Representation Agreements and Advance Directives.

About Raman

I was born and raised in Kamloops, BC and have lived in Burnaby since 2003. I have worked in the financial industry since 1999 in several roles such as personal banker, financial planner, client relations trainer and insurance advisor.

I became a BC Notary Public in Burnaby to take the next step in my overall career. With my background in financial services and insurance, I found that I wanted to work with my clients to explain the importance of personal planning. This includes not only having a sound financial plan, the proper insurance but also an updated Will and Powers of Attorney. I completed my Master’s degree in Legal Studies from SFU and was commissioned as a Notary Public in May 2013.

We chose to locate our Burnaby Notary office at Market Crossing in South Burnaby because it is an easy and convenient location to access Notary Services whether you live in Burnaby, New Westminster, Vancouver, Richmond and Delta. Our practice has a strong focus on Real Estate transactions, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements.
